ISIS: a true representative of Islam?

Over a thousand people killed, 95+ attacks and almost three thousand injured in the last four weeks by various terrorist organizations, with Brussels Belgium being the loudest but not latest victim, world over we are plagued with this diseased group of men from the pit of hell, men who employ violence to spread terror and propagate fear just to feed their inferior egos and of course advance an ideology, this ideology is a word that is anathema to world leaders especially Politically Correct POTUS Obama, a man who claimed President Buhari of Nigeria is doing well when Nigerians are queuing days just to get fuel,  all these terrorist organizations have a common denominator in Islam. The constant refusal of these weak world leaders to call Islam out for what it is, is in a way lending credence to the claim that Islam will rule the world and those organizations(Al-Nusra, Al-Shabab, Al,Qaida , Muslim Brotherhood, Bokoharam) feel they are responsible for that with ISIS being the latest kid on the block.   ISIS or as POTUS Obama prefers to call them because he loves Islam and doesn't want to offend Muslims ISIL also known as Daesh!

After every major attack by these theo-terrorist groups who claim to be carrying out divine instructions and assignment, we hardly hear the voice of “moderate” Muslims condemning those attacks even when they do all they try to do is absolve Islam and themselves of any blame using the popular “ISIS is not Islam or they have distorted the words of Allah”. Which leads me to ask the question is ISIS practicing true Islam? To get a clear and concise answer we look to the Quran and Hadiths.

Islam from the root-word Saalam which directly translates to peace, hence we hear people refer to Islam as a religion of peace, in reality this is the only connection Islam has to the word peace. ISLAM is no ordinary religion, it’s an ideology, whose main aim of Islam is to form a caliphate ruled by Muslims and served by Kaffirs(unbelievers) who either choose to pay Jizya or die for their faith. Islam is based on 3- systems (Religion-Politics -Law) advanced by 3 key ideologies Immigrate – Populate – Intimidate. An important doctrine to note is “abrogation” found in Sura 2:106, in Islam this means a future surah largely invalidates the former if they focus on similar issue E.g. if Sura 1 says Pork is haram, and Sura 2 says pork is halal, surah 2 invalidates 1 thus haram pork becomes halal and Sura 1 becomes inapplicable.

The Seven(7) Fundamental Acts of  ISIS

It might come as a surprise to many every action of ISIS has undertook, are undertaking and will undertake are supported, encouraged and advocated by the Qur'an. Shocking you say, keep reading. I've had a Qur'an since 2013 but never read past Sura 1, the Qur'an contains 114 Sura and 6666 ayat. However late January I had a jolt to understand Islam, I felt I was wrong 👎 on several facts about Islam and I needed to understand more this time from the book itself, thus my journey to reading the Qur'an, I must admit this is one of the best decisions I ever made.  Back to the expose.

1)      KILLING UBELIEVERS: How does ISIS punish Christians, atheists’, non-Muslims in general? Crucifixions, beheading or exile. Sura 5:33 looks pretty much like ISIS’s punishment manual.

2)      RAPING AND ENSLAVING WOMEN: People wonder why women are rarely killed by ISIS and other Islamic-Terrorist groups, the reason is not far-fetched, why kill when you can keep them as sex-slaves. In Islam slavery is haram but allowed only if the said woman /women are war captives. All the men are to be slain but women and child preserved. Sura 8:6, 67; 23:5; 4:24; 33:50; 24:32 Bukhari Hadith 34:351, Vol 7#137. Yes prophet Muhammad sanctioned it, he even owned slaves (Sahih Muslim 3901, Bukhari 8.73.182), sold slaves encouraged followers to have sex with their slaves with or without consent(rape) but he prohibited coitus interruptus(pull-out method). Please note! Muslims are not to be taken as slaves only non-Muslims.

3)      COLLECTING JIZYA: Jizya is a form of taxation in Islamic doctrines, it’s to be paid by unbelievers who still wish to stick with their religion especially to Christians. After every Islamic occupation 3 choices are given 1) renounce your faith or die 2) pay the keep your faith and pay Jizya 3) become a slave. All are non-negotiable with no middle ground. Jizya is a financial tool in Islam and ONLY unbelievers are required to pay. See Sura 9:29, Sahih Muslim 19:4294, and Sahih Bukhari 53:386.

4)      ADVANCING ISLAM: More often than not ISIS has made it clear they intend to advance Islam(Sura 9:33) and bring about a worldwide Islamic caliphate. This requires any means necessary, ask your “moderate Muslim” their best wish, it would be for everyone to become Muslim and form a caliphate even if force is to be applied. Why? In Sura 9:20 salvation and the highest rank in heaven is promised to those who migrated, strive(Jihad) in the way of Allah with possessions and lives.

5)      KILLING FELLOW MUSLIMS: In every war we have collateral damage, genuine Muslims might be caught in crossfires but make no mistake about it hypocrites’ (those who claim to be Muslims but do not follow the example of prophet Mohamed [the perfect Muslim]) are to be treated the same way unbelievers are. Sura 9:124-127, 73, 67. Those Muslims who avoid jihad by deception Sura 9:86-90 grievous chastisement awaits them.

6)      UNDERTAKING JIHAD: Jihad directly translates to Strive/Holy War, I’ll be very clear here, there are different forms of jihad broadly divided into combative and passive jihad and it has absolutely nothing to do it spiritual struggle. Passive jihad involves but is not limited to funding violent jihad, helping build a mosque, spreading Islam, and defending Islamic doctrines. Violent jihad is the use of violence to propagate Islam, people who undertake jihad are the successful ones(Mujahedeen) and are promised the best place in paradise(gardens beneath rivers) Sura 9:88,111; 5:54; 61:10-12.. Mohammed the perfect Muslim loved Jihad so much he wished he could be reincarnated every time to carry out Jihad. There is nothing like lesser Jihad, according to Sura 4:95 the only people exempted from combative Jihad are disabled folks, thus meaning Jihad is NOT a spiritual issue or struggle it is physical. For those Muslims who avoid jihad by deception Sura 9:86-90 grievous chastisement awaits them.

7)      DOING BUSINESS: I find it weird that people are surprised ISIS sells oil from the oil fields it acquires, this is one of the commandment of Allah and Muhammad, anything gotten from war is tagged al-Anfaal better known as “Spoils of War”. Sura 8 contains guidelines on how these spoils are to be used, slave trade was and is prominent in most Muslim dominated countries even in the 21^st century historical records prove that blacks were first sold as slaves by Muslims of Arabic descent contrary to the common opinion that Westerners instituted slavery. Bukhari Hadith mentions of a business transaction where Prophet Mohammed made a deal to buy 2 Muslim slaves in exchange for a black slave.  Any proceeds from war can be used for business transaction, which is why you see Boko Haram, ISIS selling women and kids, selling oil and doing all kinds of business transactions. Remember all these are legal and moral under Islam provided it was acquired through war(violent jihad).

   Some Muslims and Christian sympathizers might argue that ISIS is a brain-child of the CIA and Israeli Defense Force, they might also claim Al Baghadi the supreme commander of ISIS is a Jew, they however have a serious question to answer. Why are all the acts of ISIS, Boko Haram/ Al-Shabab, Al-Nusra/Al-Qaida supported, encouraged and blessed by Allah, Prophet Mohammed and the noble Quran? Are those terrorist operatives under some mind-inducing drugs like LSD or are they strictly following the path of Prophet Mohammad? The Quran and Hadiths are clear on whose side ISIS are on, and prophet Mohammed is clear on who a true Muslim is. 

Allah blesses jihad, Mohammed pursued and encouraged jihad, Quran affirms the words and actions of both Allah and Mohammed.

   When Muslims tell me I can't understand the Quran I simply quote Sura 12:2 says the Arabic Quran was sent down that all might understand it  and Sura 10:37 says clearly the Quran is the clearest explanation, numerous times in those passages the Quran asserts that it’s clear needing no scholar to interpret it, ah you can’t understand Arabic the Original Quran was written in it and we can’t trust the translations, well sounds to Me like that’s Allah’s fault not mine, a religious book that cannot be translated to other languages is as good as manure, yes there are issues with translations still that’s not a very good defense against facts. Islam view the Quran+Hadiths as Sola-Scriptura(Word-Alone) and take it literally, Islamic scholars and Apologists in conjunction with the (main)lame stream media try to distort the message to fit into their worldview and present Islam to be what it’s not but are met with stiff resistance from the hadiths(Al-Buhkari and Sahih-Muslim) that affirms what the Quran originally meant, if the Quran meant violence it meant it and not some hyperbolic statement..

In light of the revelations of the Quran+Hadhits and the actions of ISIS and other Islamic-terrorist organizations, thus I am forced to ask again “IS ISIS TRULY Islamic or are the Moderates right 👉?  Moderate Muslims who almost never condemn those actions(because it is a sin to do so) or Islamic-terrorist organizations(who follow the exact steps of Mohammed the prefect Muslim)?
